Dog Training Collars

Can I use a underground fence collar and a remote training collar at the same time on my dog? 2 shock collars?
Ok, she is trained on the underground fence, but has to have her collar on or she ‘forgets’ where the boundry is. She has been barking at people walking by and charging at the road to ‘chase’ the cars. I am afraid one day she will go through the fence on accident and get hit. I want to correct her in the act of barking and running towards the road. She is very stubborn and won’t listen most of the time when you tell her no. We have another dog also, he isn’t a big problem, basically follows her lead. The ‘static control’ collar also has a feature for just an audible correction, a beep. I was just wondering if adding another similar collar would confuse her, already being trained for the fence collar? Did any of this make sense
And I would LOVE to have a real fence, but I have no control over that option.
depends on the size of the dog..a little dog no..and even with a bigger dog one shock collar should be enough, try consulting a vet or area dog breeder,or pet store .
